All of our customers are issued special keyrings, wallet-cards and stickers with a unique identifying code on them. These can be attached to:

• mobile phones
• laptops

• USB memory-sticks and thumbdrives
• cameras
• any other portable item.

If you ever lose an item, anybody who finds it can contact us online, or by phone to our monitoring centre, 24 hours a day and we will contact you immediately via phone, SMS or email, and make sure your belongings can safely find their way back to you. That's peace of mind!

You should never put any other identifying marks on your keys, such as your name or telephone number. Should your keys ever fall into the wrong hands, you don't want to be telling anybody where you live and what address the keys belong to.

Our service avoids that - we will certainly never disclose your private information to unauthorised parties as part of recovering your belongings.
