CALAMITY REWARDS FOR REFERRALS

If you refer a friend or associate and they sign up to a security system installation and/or a monitoring contract you will receive a ‘Referral Bonus’. This can be your choice of:

1. $650 Calamity gift voucher which can be put toward upgrades to your own system or a new installation such as CCTV cameras; or
2. $300 in cash.

Subject to the following:

1. Referral Bonus offer is only available to our existing monitored customers (the Referer) whose accounts are fully paid.
2. Work and or a contract for a newly referred customer (the Referee) must be completed and paid prior to the issue of any gift vouchers or cash bonus to the Referrer.
3. Customers are quite welcome to make multiple referrals and there is no limit to the number of Referral Bonuses for which they may be eligible (restrictions may apply to multi-site or enterprise customers). However in the case of multiple referrals of the same lead we will only pay a single amount for each new job. For example, if three customers refer the same person and we perform work for that person which is eligible for a bonus, we will only award that bonus to one person at our sole discretion.
4. Gift voucher or cash bonus may take 8-12 weeks for processing.
5. Once you have nominated your preferred reward, voucher or cash, you cannot change your preference without our prior approval.
6. We will cancel any cashback or bonus you would otherwise have earned if your accounts are closed prior to the payment of a bonus by us or completion of referred work.
7. You will not be entitled to receive a bonus on eligible referrals that are subsequently refunded by us for any reason.
8. Unless otherwise extended the referral scheme is open until 30 June 2019.
9. The bonus is paid as a gross payment and will be paid by our choice of cheque, instrument or electronic bank transfer. The recipient accepts any tax liability and agrees to pay any taxes arising from receiving the bonus payment.
10. We reserve the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant or group of claimants for tampering with the process.
11. We will not be liable for any losses or damages that may result from entering the refer a friend scheme.
12. These terms are supplemental to and do not replace existing monitoring agreements or our standard terms and conditions and privacy policy.
13. We may change or amend these Terms or withdraw the program at any time by placing a new version on the Website with no further notice to you.
