A Commitment to Excellence

The accepted standard is for armed security guards, and most police, to train with their weapons once per year. We believe this is not good enough.

All of our armed guards train well beyond statutory requirements, in both firearms handling and operational methods. We have in-house instructors and do not treat training simply as a compliance requirement to be met once a year. Our guards use modern weapons, and train in modern practices to ensure their own safety and yours. For extended or recurring engagements, we tailor training to your specific environment and operating procedures. This is not just about guns, but customer service, risk management and quality performance.

We can also involve your staff in our training programs as part of an integrated security management system. Our staff are highly motivated and very capable. Beyond the firearms element, our armed guards ascribe to the same standard as our regular Security Guard Services.

Our training includes live-practice, and extensive theoretical and scenario-based training to ensure the best outcome if there is an incident. Our Chief Weapons Instructor serves on various accredited committees and associations, raising the benchmarks for training and compliance in the local and national industry.
